Data Deletion Request

You are entitled to request us to erase any personal data we hold about you under EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Please send an email titled “Data Deletion Request” to support@taplane.com, and include the following details in the body:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• App Name
• User ID * 
• User Secret * 

* User ID and User Secret are necessary to verify the authenticity of the request, ensuring we remove the correct account. You can find these details within our apps by navigating to “Settings” and under “App Info”.

We will do our best to respond promptly and in any event within one month.
